California Privacy Notice (CCPA / CPRA)

This notice applies to California residents whose personal information we process as a business. Where we process contact data on behalf of a customer, we act as a service provider and handle that information only under the customer's written instructions.

• Identifiers — name, email address, phone number, account and device identifiers, IP address.
• Customer records — billing contact details and transaction metadata.
• Commercial information — subscription plan, purchase history, product usage.
• Internet activity — pages viewed, feature interactions, referral source, session diagnostics.
• Geolocation — approximate location inferred from IP address.
• Professional information — brokerage, license context, team role.
• Inferences — engagement scores and product recommendations derived from usage.

We collect information directly from you, automatically through use of the platform and sites you publish, and from service providers such as payment and analytics vendors. We use it to provide and secure the Service, support customers, bill accounts, improve features, and meet legal obligations.

In the past twelve months we disclosed the categories above to service providers for hosting, email delivery, analytics, DNS and certificate issuance, payment processing, and AI inference — each restricted by contract to processing on our behalf.

We do not sell personal information and do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising as those terms are defined by the CPRA. We have not sold or shared the personal information of consumers under 16.

We do not collect sensitive personal information for the purpose of inferring characteristics, and we use any authentication credentials solely to provide the Service as permitted by the CPRA.

• Right to know the categories and specific pieces of personal information collected about you.
• Right to delete personal information, subject to legal exceptions.
• Right to correct inaccurate personal information.
• Right to opt out of sale or sharing — we do not engage in either.
• Right to limit use of sensitive personal information.
• Right to non-discrimination for exercising any of these rights.

Email privacy@leadrealpro.com with the subject "California Privacy Request" and describe the right you wish to exercise. We verify requests by matching the details you provide against our records and may ask for additional confirmation for deletion requests. We respond within 45 days and may extend once by another 45 days with notice.

An authorized agent may submit a request on your behalf with written permission signed by you; we may still contact you directly to confirm the authorization and verify identity.

We retain each category only as long as reasonably necessary for the purpose it was collected, plus any period required for legal, tax, security, or dispute-resolution needs.
